The IPC has just announced the 2018 Agitos Grants and World ParaVolley’s application to run a development project in Korea has been approved. Only 50% of the applications lodged were successful and only 8 International Federations, of which we are one, received a grant. Only 4 of the 31 successful projects will be delivered in Asia, one of which is our project.
World ParaVolley is pleased to receive the cooperation of the Korean Volleyball Association for the Disabled and Jeju Volleyball Association for the Disabled in order to deliver the project entitled: “Training ParaVolley Leadership for the Future – a Focus on Asia”.
There will be 2 types of courses offered in the period 23 to 28 March 2018 on Jeju Island, South Korea: a Level 1 Coaches Course and a Level 1 Classifier’s Course. These will be run at the same time as the World Championships Qualifier event.
Now is the time to investigate possible candidates from your organisation to attend, noting that whilst the project will be delivered in Asia Oceania, candidates from any Zone are welcome to attend.
