Registration is now open for World ParaVolley’s new 4ward Together webinar series, with Dr Mosaad Elaiuty (EGY) set to lead the opening session on 15 November.

The four-week series begins with “Leading the elite and growing the future”, exploring how sitting volleyball can grow from grassroots participation through to world-class performance.

Dr Elaiuty will look at practical strategies for establishing accessible local programmes, identifying and developing talent and building partnerships with schools, rehabilitation centres, National Federations and Paralympic Committees.

The session will also explore the other end of the pathway: specialised coach education, leadership and team culture at elite level, and how high-performance athletes can become mentors and ambassadors for the next generation.

How to Register

Participants can register for the webinar through the e-ParaVolley platform.  If they don’t have an account already, they can create one for free.

WPV-qualified coaches can participate live and join the Q&A free of charge. Non-qualified coaches and other participants can access the live webinar and the Q&A that follows for only €6.

The webinar is primarily aimed at coaches but is open to anyone interested in sitting volleyball and the development of the sport.

Dr Elaiuty’s session is the first of four 4ward Together webinars taking place between 15 November and 6 December.
