Branko has been involved for over 30 years in disabled sports, and for sitting volleyball as a player, referee, manager and coach in Slovenia.  He has given lectures on various topics connected to disabled sports and has been involved in European projects.  He was Chef de Mission for the Slovenian Paralympic teams in Sydney (2000), Athens (2004), Beijing (2008), Rio (2016) Paralympic Games and a member of the support team in London (2012).

His most significant projects include chairing the organising committee of the European Table Tennis Championships for the Disabled in 2007, being part of the organisation team for the 1995 and 2015 Sitting Volleyball European Championships as well as for the World Rowing and European Wheelchair Basketball Championships.

He is an expert in social networks and introduced them into the London 2012 Paralympic Games project for the Slovenian team. He has independently set up many promotional web pages.
