The World Super 6 for men is back in Iran to bring more action!

After a successful run in Tabriz in 2018, the tournament will move this time to Mashhad and take place from 1-6 November 2019 as the world’s best of the best men’s sitting volleyball teams compete for gold.

The top-ranked teams in the world will be invited to join the World Super 6 while hosts and world champions, Iran, get an automatic berth in the competition. World ParaVolley and the I R Iran Sports Federation for the Disabled will finalize the remaining participating teams.

In the first World Super 6 edition in 2018, the 2.46m Iranian tower Morteza Mehrzadselakjani led his team to a sweep of the tournament, capping it off with a 3-0 (25-21, 25-23, 28-26) win over Russia to claim the first-ever gold.
