One of the most common questions we get asked by users of the VolleySLIDE materials is what “drills” would you suggest I do with my team.  As a general start point, we don’t really suggest viewing them as drills.  Teams are shown o develop more when they partake in game based learning situations where the coach is managing the environment, rules and objectives of any given activity.  The closer the activity is to a real game situation, the more the player is learning.
