Ehab Hassanein is a former Egyptian Paralympic Athlete with 35 years experience as a player and official.
He represented Egypt in four Paralympic Games, three as a player and one as an Egyptian Team Official.
He participated as a sitting volleyball athlete at:
- 1987 World Championship in Sarajevo
- 1988 Seoul
- 1992 Barcelona
- 2012 London
He also participated at 2020 Tokyo as a deputy Chef de Mission.
He has also occupied he following positions in Sport:
- Board member of World ParaVolley
- President of Paravolley Africa
- and a board member of the Egyptian ParaVolley Federation
He is also a board member of the Egyptian Paralympics Committee, the President of the Arab Federation for Sports with Disabilities. Ehab currently works as a Manager at Banque Du Caire, and as a television announcer on Egyptian Nile Sport media network (champions on para sport)
