MEHMEDOVIĆ Ejub – BIH (PVE)
Having been wounded, Ejub was influenced by family, friends and a coach to begin playing sitting volleyball in 1996 in Tuzla. He found it gave him numerous health benefits and played a major part in his recovery process.
Ejub represented Bosnia and Herzegovina in the following events as a player:

2003 – Laperanta, Finland – European Championships – Gold medal
2004 – Athens, Greece – Paralympic Games – Gold medal
2005 – Leverkusen, Germany – European Championships – Gold medal

2007 – Nyiregyháza, Hungary – European Championships – Gold medal
2008 – Ismailia, Egypt – Intercontinental Cup – Bronze medal
2008 – Beijing, China – Paralympic Games – Silver medal
2009 – Elblag, Poland – European Championships – Silver medal
2010 – Edmond, USA – World Championships – Silver medal
2011 – Rotterdam, Netherlands – European Championships – Gold medal
