Los Angeles will host the Paralympic Games for the first time in history. The competition schedule for Sitting Volleyball will be confirmed in 2026.  World ParaVolley has applied for Beach ParaVolley to be added as a second discipline, with a decision expected in January 2023.  If included, Beach ParaVolley would make its Paralympic debut in Los Angeles, the birthplace of beach volleyball.
